Week Five - Eight - P90X3

 
Results After 8 Weeks of P90X3
 
 
 
I have completed eight weeks of P90X3 without missing one workout!  I am pretty proud of myself for my consistency.  Too bad I don't have more time to write now, but wanted to get my results up.
 
 
Results:
 
Weight - 128
Chest - 31
Waist - 28
Hips - 36
Thighs = 17.5
Arms = 10.5
 
 
Weight loss from day 30 = 5 pounds
Total weight loss from P90X3 = 10 Pounds
Total weight loss since 21 Day Fix = 21 Pounds
 
Inches lost from day 30 = 4.5
Total inches lost from P90X3 = 10.75
Total inches lost since 21 Day Fix = 25
